U.K. starts sell-off of Royal Bank of Scotland with $2B loss

The British government has begun selling off the shares it holds in Royal Bank of Scotland, but immediately ran afoul of critics after it lost close to £1 billion ($2 billion Cdn) in the sale of the first tranche.
